BROJECT has been operating since 2018. Today, we build digital products and automate business processes, from the first customer contact to feedback.
We take on projects of varying complexity. For each one, we define the architecture, first-release scope and development roadmap. CRM, telephony and AI become parts of one system.
BROJECT primarily serves Uzbekistan and also accepts projects from other countries. We discuss projects in Russian, Uzbek and English.

What do you mean by an MVP?
A working product with enough core functionality to test a hypothesis with real users. It could be a web app, a platform, a customer portal or an internal tool.
Do you work on complex products?
Yes. We break complexity down into user journeys, dependencies and integrations. First, we define the architecture and first release, then plan further development.
Can you automate the entire customer journey?
Yes: enquiry capture, qualification, sales, delivery, notifications, feedback and follow-up enquiries. The scope depends on your systems and the APIs available.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
Not necessarily. We first review your existing tools and their limitations. If they fit the task, we connect them to the new product through integrations.
How much does development cost, and how long does it take?
We provide an estimate after discussing the features, integrations and requirements. We agree on the release scope and dependencies before work begins.
